CVRF Heating Oil Program (20 member villages only — not Bethel)
Coastal Villages Region Fund's Heating Oil Program buys a break on winter heating oil for households in its 20 member villages: Scammon Bay, Napakiak, Platinum, Tuntutuliak, Kipnuk, Goodnews Bay, Eek, Chefornak, Chevak, Hooper Bay, Kongiganak, Kwigillingok, Mekoryuk, Napaskiak, Newtok, Nightmute, Oscarville, Quinhagak, Toksook Bay and Tununak. Bethel is NOT one of them — if you live in Bethel, use ONC or AVCP instead. CVRF staff work with the local governing body to identify heads of household and pay the fuel vendor directly, so ask at your village's CVRF Community Service Center. CVRF offices 907-278-5151 or 1-888-795-5151; residency verification hotline 1-844-357-6565.
