Yup'ik (Yugtun) language classes — UAF Kuskokwim Campus (KuC)

UAF Kuskokwim Campus in Bethel (201 Akiak Dr.) teaches Yugtun at every level: a Certificate and A.A.S. in Yup'ik Language Proficiency for learners who want to reach intermediate speaking and listening plus basic reading and writing, a Yup'ik Language Education program for fluent speakers who want to teach or work as aides, and a B.A. in Yup'ik Language and Culture. Many courses are offered by distance so village residents can enroll. Talk to an advisor first, then register and pay tuition at enrollment; Calista and AVCP scholarships can help.
