Typhoon Halong (DR-4893-AK) household winterization and debris removal - Right of Entry form
Households whose home was damaged by Typhoon Halong (Oct 2025) can request free emergency winterization, temporary weatherproofing, moisture control/minor repairs, limited heat or fuel stabilization, and private-property debris removal by completing a State of Alaska Right of Entry (ROE) form so recovery crews can inspect and work on the property. Forms have been available since August 10, 2026: fill it in online (QR/link) or pick up a paper form at the Bethel City Hall front desk or from your Tribal office. Completing the form does not guarantee work. Help: Public Assistance Hotline 907-428-7097, [email protected] (subject line 'DR-4893 ROE Form' for emailed paper forms).
