Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) — care outside YKHC/ANMC, notify within 72 hours

If you are an eligible Alaska Native/American Indian beneficiary and get medical care outside a tribal facility (for example an emergency while travelling), you or a family member must notify ANTHC Purchased/Referred Care within 72 hours or the bill may not be covered. Call 907-729-2470 or 1-800-478-1636, email [email protected], or use the online form linked from ykhc.org/prc. In an emergency get care first, then call. Coverage outside Alaska is limited to emergency care.
