The Ketchikan Gateway Borough covers disposal costs when you have a junk vehicle towed. Steps: 1) complete the Voucher Application Form (online at the Borough Junk Vehicle Program page); 2) submit it with the vehicle title, VIN or registration and valid ID to the Public Works Department, 1900 First Avenue, Suite 219.
