First City Homeless Services / First City Haven (CLOSED June 2024)

First City Homeless Services, which ran the low-barrier day shelter, meal program (5,000+ meals/year), a work program with a 'Shelter Store', and housing case management at 632 Park Avenue, announced its voluntary dissolution effective June 14, 2024 after the City Council did not renew its lease. It no longer provides services. For shelter today, go to PATH (Park Avenue Temporary Home, 628 Park Ave, intake 5-10 pm) or call 211 for current options.
