State heating help for any Alaska household with at least $200/year out-of-pocket heating cost and income under the limit (about $3,739/month for 1 person, $7,733 for 4 in 2026-27). Regular applications Oct 1-Apr 30; crisis applications Sep 1-Jun 30; forms available every Sept 1.
