This is such a huge milestone for Qikiqtaġruk – Native Village of Kotzebue, our tribal members, our children, and generations to come. It was so special to see everyone come together to celebrate this moment and leave their names, messages, and support on a piece of the Qargi that will be part of our community for years to come. We are getting closer to seeing the Qikiqtaġruk Qargi come to life, and we are so excited for what this space will mean for our community.
